Рассматривается научный подход к формированию концептуальных положений резильентности сельского человеческого капитала, который раскрывается посредством теоретических аспектов социально-экономической природы этого понятия и методологических положений управления процессом его устойчивости. Представлен теоретический ракурс к исследованию этого понятия с позиции различных областей наук, выделены общие и специфические черты данной категории в контексте социально-экономических исследований, систематизированы атрибутивы устойчивости человеческого капитала в сельской местности. Изложен авторский подход к изучению данной дефиниции и теоретически обоснована система факторов, оказывающих приоритетное влияние на сохранение и повышение уровня резильентности сельского человеческого капитала. Представлена методология анализа и оценки объекта исследования, учитывающая специфику формирования, развития, накопления и сохранения сельского человеческого капитала в Республике Беларусь. Выработаны общие методологические принципы, определяющие концепцию исследования его резильентности в условиях сложившихся социально-экономических трансформаций. Сформирован алгоритм анализа и оценки ее уровня в Республике Беларусь. Обосновано взаимодействие уровня резильентности сельского человеческого капитала и продуктивной занятости местного населения.

The article presents a scientific approach to the formation of conceptual provisions of resilience of rural human capital, which is disclosed by theoretical aspects of socio-economic nature of this concept and methodological provisions for managing its sustainability. Presented a theoretical approach to the study of this concept from the position of various fields of science, highlighted common and specific features of this category in the context of socio-economic studies, systematized attributes of sustainability of human capital in rural areas. The author’s approach to the study of this definition is presented and a theoretically justified system of factors that have a priority influence on the preservation and increase of resilience of rural human capital. The methodology of analysis and evaluation of the study object, taking into account the specifics of formation, development, accumulation and preservation of rural human capital in the Republic of Belarus. General methodological principles have been developed, defining the concept of study of its resilience in the conditions of the current socio-economic transformation. An algorithm of analysis and assessment of its level in the Republic of Belarus has been formed.

Interaction between the level of resilience of rural human capital and productive employment of local population is justified.
