Обосновывается вклад Отделения гуманитарных наук и искусств НАН Беларуси в социально-экономическое и духовно-культурное развитие Республики Беларусь. Раскрываются основные задачи, которые необходимо решить средствами социально-гуманитарных наук в ближайшей перспективе.

Important contribution to the social and economic along with spiritual and cultural development of the Republic of Belarus which made by the Department of Humanitarian Science of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus have been substantiated in the article. General tasks which must be solved by means of social science and liberal arts in the near-term outlook have been discovered.
