Статья посвящена качественному анализу содержания публикаций в белорусских печатных СМИ на тему Великой Отечественной войны, который позволил выявить, какую направленность имеет трансляция культурной памяти о Второй мировой войне в отечественных газетах. Выявлено, что данная тема на страницах белорусских газет транслируется достаточно широко и часто, а также была представлена читателю посредством статей не только историков и журналистов, но и как воспоминания самих ветеранов, рассказы ближайших родственников. Выделены наиболее часто затрагиваемые в печати аспекты трансляции исторической памяти о Великой Отечественной войне в общественном сознании белорусов. Публикации в печатных СМИ были посвящены ветеранам, вкладу женщин в победу, роли партизанского движения, штрафным батальонам во время Великой Отечественной войны, жертвам концлагерей, гетто, шталагов и др.
Article is devoted to qualitative analysis of the publications’ content in Belarusian media on the theme of the Great Patriotic War. The analysis helps to reveal trends of the Second World War cultural memory translation in domestic newspapers. It was found out that the given topic is widely broadcasted in Belarusian newspapers. It often was presented to the reader through the articles of not only historians and journalists, but also as the memories of veterans and family stories. The article highlights the most commonly used aspects of the Great Patriotic War historical memory translation in the consciousness of Belarusians in printed media. Analyzed publications have been devoted to veterans, women’s contribution to the victory in the Great Patriotic War, the role of partisan movement, a penal battalions and victims of concentration camps, ghettos, “shtalags” and others.
