Охарактеризованы особенности, с которыми сталкиваются молодые научные сотрудники в процессе адаптации к исследовательской деятельности. Выявлены факторы, оказывающие негативное воздействие на этот процесс. Разработаны рекомендации по оптимизации процесса адаптации молодого специалиста в научном коллективе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Sociological analysis of the role of research collectives in the process of young scientists adaptation to research activities has been carried out in the article. Features encountered by young scientists in the process of adapting to researches have been characterized. Factors with negative impact on this process have been revealed.
