Раскрываются концептуальные подходы к изучению проблем трансграничного сотрудничества и регионального экономического развития. Предпринята попытка выделения основных школ региональной интеграции в общей теории мировой экономики.

Conceptual approaches to study of the transboundary cooperation and regional economic development problems have been revealed in the article. It has been made there the attempt of differentiation of basic regional integration schools in the general theory of world economy.
