Показана необходимость дальнейшего совершенствования механизма функционирования Китайско-Белорусского индустриального парка «Великий камень» и формирования на его основе центра инновационного, регионального роста и повышения международной конкурентоспособности белорусской экономики. Раскрыто содержание понятия «центр экономического роста». Проведен обзор таких теорий, как поляризованное развитие; международная конкурентоспособность; региональные инновационные системы; концепции агломерации, городского управления, определяющих реализацию пространственных преимуществ экономической деятельности. С учетом систематизации теоретической базы обоснованы направления совершенствования работы парка и меры по их реализации: во-первых, дальнейшее формирование инновационной среды, стимулирующей разработку и внедрение инноваций, эффективное функционирование высокотехнологичных предприятий; во-вторых, постепенный переход от анклавного к открытому типу и формирование кластерной модели; в-третьих, реализация агломерационных эффектов, вытекающих из перспективы создания на базе парка города-спутника столицы, на основе усиления интеграции парка в национальную экономику и скоординированное с органами местной власти управление его развитием; в-четвертых, повышение международной конкурентоспособности на основе применения управленческих нововведений, расширения сервисного обслуживания, в том числе с использованием цифровых технологий. 

The article examines the mechanism of functioning of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park “Veliky kamen”. The conclusion is made about the expediency of further development of the park as a center of innovative, regional growth and increasing the international competitiveness of the Belarusian economy. A review of theories and concepts that form the theoretical foundations of improving the park model is carried out. Among them: the theory of polarized development, international competitiveness, regional innovation systems, the concept of realizing the spatial advantages of economic activity (agglomeration, urban governance). The policy of further development of the park in the following areas has been substantiated: the formation of an innovative environment for residents; formation of a cluster model; increasing the international competitiveness of the park through the use of management innovations, expanding service services, including using digital technologies, implementing the effects of agglomeration when creating a satellite city on the basis of the park.
