Рассматриваются некоторые направления использования цифровых технологий в общественной жизни. Подчеркивается, что в современных условиях они становятся важным фактором устойчивого развития. Информационные технологии обеспечивают реализацию принципа информационной открытости (транспарентности), что влияет на характер отношений между различными субъектами права. Обращается внимание на позитивные и негативные аспекты внедрения цифровых технологий, в том числе в сфере защиты персональных данных, обеспечения права на достойный труд, производительную занятость. Внесены предложения по дальнейшему развитию белорусского законодательства и практики правоприменения.

The article considers some directions of the use of digital technologies in public life. It is emphasized that in modern conditions they become an important factor in sustainable development. Information technology ensures the implementation of the principle of information openness (transparency), which affects the nature of relations between different subjects of law. Attention is drawn to the positive and negative aspects of the introduction of digital technologies, including personal data protection, the right to decent work and productive employment. Proposals for further development of Belarusian legislation and law enforcement practice are made.
