Motivation of scientific activity in conditions of contemporary Belarus: sociological analysis

Abstract

Internal and external factors of motivation to scientific activities in conditions of contemporary Belarus have been investigated in the article on the basis of sociological poll data. Results of researches could be used for improvement of personnel policy in the scientific sphere. Moreover they could be applied for the creation of effective systems consigned to better motivation and work incentives of scientists.
