Some questions of the wholesale trade legislative regulation
Abstract
This article is devoted to legal regulation of electronic commerce. The definition of «wholesale electronic commerce» and its indications have been considered and specified. Possibilities of using the analog of autograph signatures besides the electronic signatures for making of contracts in commercial intercourse have been considered. Suggestions to formation the legal base for the analog of autograph signatures using have been done.
