Modernization is a necessary condition for the contemporary innovative processes
Abstract
Article is devoted to the sociological and philosophical analysis of the modernization and innovative development of modern society. Based on the brief analysis of ideas expressed by classics of XIX-XX centuries philosophical understanding of European modernization has been attempted. The author of the article deals with features of the modernization process of social transformation as a state and as a process of transition to modern societies. The conclusion has been made that in general the innovative development would be considered as one of the main directions of modernization.
