Abstract
Peculiarities of non-traditional religiosity expansion have been analyzed in the article. They are considered as a new factor in religious and socio-cultural life of Belarusian society. Specific features of ideology and practice in such new cults are defined. Simultaneously, assessments of their activity and potentials have been carried out. Social practice and its meaning as missionary form have been regarded on examples of some non-cult activities of the new religious organizations.

Abstract
Problems of the ancient Russian Christian pilgrimage formation have been contemplated in the article. Characteristics of pilgrimage have been analyzed on examples of texts and documentary evidences in time of XXIII centuries. Significance of this phenomenon as well as its role in the social and political life of the region has been determined on base of its dynamics analysis. Activities and the literary heritage of pilgrims have been shown the very important material for studies of the ancient Russian Christian culture.

Abstract
Political biography and ideology of Hafez Asad have been considered in the article. That is one of the most important policies in the Middle East, former President of Syria, leader of the ruling Baath Party. As Head of the Syrian state his activities have been analyzed aimed at stabilizing the Syrian society and to achieve peace in the Middle East. Some aspects and mechanisms of political leadership have been shown, too.

Abstract
Article is devoted to qualitative analysis of the publications’ content in Belarusian media on the theme of the Great Patriotic War. The analysis helps to reveal trends of the Second World War cultural memory translation in domestic newspapers. It was found out that the given topic is widely broadcasted in Belarusian newspapers. It often was presented to the reader through the articles of not only historians and journalists, but also as the memories of veterans and family stories. The article highlights the most commonly used aspects of the Great Patriotic War historical memory translation in the consciousness of Belarusians in printed media. Analyzed publications have been devoted to veterans, women’s contribution to the victory in the Great Patriotic War, the role of partisan movement, a penal battalions and victims of concentration camps, ghettos, “shtalags” and others.

Abstract
The purpose of the research is to find out an origin of the unwritten procedures which preceded the occurrence of a doument. The conclusion is made, that the strength of the mentioned procedures which once were the powerful tool of compulsion, control and regulation of social relations, consisted first of all in their religious origin and character, religious authority. They were carried out within the limits of religious ritual.

Abstract
Article is dedicated to the one of unknown pages of the Belarusian military and social-economic history. After World War II and Great Patriotic War Belarus has been estimated as one of the most suffered from the war and occupation countries. As a member of the United Nation Organization (UNO) and in accordance with decisions of the International Conferences in Yalta and Potsdam (1945) Belarus had received the reparation from the Germany. During 1945-1945 years Belarus received various equipment, materials, tools from plants and factories from Germany and it’s alliances as Hungary and Austria. These reparations have been used for various branches of industry in Belarus. Author of the article shows the role of the Party and Soviet leading body which was the Central Committee of the Communist party of Belarus in process of organization of reparation supplying from Germany to Belarus and its distributing to plants and factories of our Republic.

Abstract
Article contains a description of the poorly studied period in the history of Belarus, namely, the period of the Targowica confederation (1792-1793). This association of gentry (szlachta) was created with help of the Russian army to strengthen the political influence of the Russian Empire on lands of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (Rzeczpospolita). The confederates played role of mediators in relations between the local people and military departments of the Russian Empire placed on the territory of the nearby state. In particular, they were responsible for the collection of food and fodder for the “union army” of the Russian Empire. Relationships on this matter between confederates, Russian army and local people were highly conflic-tive. All results of researches have been based on archival sources, most of them are manuscripts.

Abstract
Written sources base has widened the history of the Belarusian language by adding such new texts as objects of the study are there. The comparative analysis of two fragments of Barkulabov and Slucki chronicles has been conducted for examination of norms of the ancient Belarusian literary language. Comparative analysis of quantitative and qualitative peculiarities of variant literary norms has been carried out. The conclusion that chronicles accumulate norms of an ancient Belarusian literary language has been made.

Abstract
Role of the light in the painting has been actualized through the totality of its functions which are depicting, modeling, emotionally-expressive and conveying content. In any painting all these functions are carried out simultaneously, but in different proportions and ratios. They correspond to certain techniques, too. Through the history of pictorial art over time some of the functions hold a privileged position, but other ones may turn insignificant and then, after several decades, they suddenly became a priority again. During the period of XX - beginning XXI centuries functiones of light took different places in the paradigm of light-conducting techniques.

Abstract
In this article the author carried out the historical and legal analysis of questions connected with origin of administrative and legal regulation of the labor protection in Ukraine. The author found that the origin of administrative and legal regulation of labor protection in Ukraine did not happen suddenly. It was quite a long process lasting from the middle until the end of the XIX century. The author defined factors which promoted origin of administrative and legal regulation of labor protection in Ukraine. They are: cancellation of a serfdom in Ukraine; disintegration of the Russian Empire social organization which based on the class division, and formation of new public groups on the basis of two new classes - the bourgeoisie and the proletariat; ever-increasing power and meaning of the proletariat; organizational and legal reasons; basic researches of scientists carrying out in the 80-90th years of the XIX century.

Abstract
Intellectual property management in industrialized countries is considered to be the most important component of successful business development, since both the patent monopoly and monopoly on know-how secrets are the basis of the creation and development of the modern market of intellectual property, which specified by niche specialization, segmentation, non-elasticity. The state creates motivational environment for the production and commercialization of intellectual property. Its owners via the network of patent license agreements form joint corporate structures that allow them to form patent and legal characteristics of the individual market segments and thus control the development of a number of industries by strengthening the protection of intellectual property. Moreover the technology gap that exists between countries allows licensors to implement their strategy via implementation steps, depending on the level of development, scientific and technical potential of licensees.

The paper studies the relationship between foreign trade and mutual investment process Republic of Belarus and the Member States of the Common economic space. Determined that in terms of integration and reduction of trade barriers most attractive for Russian investors are vertical foreign direct investment in Belarus.
