Claude Levi-Stross'es structural mythology methodological issues have been examined in the article from the point of view of suitability to use linguistic formalism in anthropologic investigations. Optional and decorative nature of borrowings from structural phonology has been found. Incompatibility of anthropological traditions with formal attitude of structural linguistics has been shown, too.

Problems of euthanasia have been studied in the article in context of bio-ethic comprehensions of death.

Internal and external factors of motivation to scientific activities in conditions of contemporary Belarus have been investigated in the article on the basis of sociological poll data. Results of researches could be used for improvement of personnel policy in the scientific sphere. Article deals with the interaction of science and agricultural production. Author came to conclusions that the works of scientists-landowners were one of the pacing factors which promoted a successful development of agricultural production. However the Soviet planned and forced economy was unreceptive to implementation of scientific researches results in production due to rigid approach to planning. As a result, the scientific potential created in BSSR in the field of agriculture researches remained unclaimed substantially.

Article is devoted to comparative studies of derivation of postfixal adverbs formed from pronouns in the Russian and Belarusian literary languages at the present stage of their functioning. Both for detection of discrepancies in word-formation structure of these units in closely related languages and specification of their modern status as postfixal lexemes, a short excursus to the history of their formation has been carried out in the article.

Author of the article represents results of researches aimed at revealing the structure of lexical-semantic field «Vehicles» in the English language. Studies of 385 lexical units chosen from «Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary» (Cambridge University Press, 2012) have revealed the core and the periphery elements of the lexical-semantic field, their common and differential semantic features. Studies have found that lexical units of lexical-semantic field «Vehicles» are united by archiseme «means of transportation conveyance». A number of groups and subgroups specific to the lexical-semantic field has been identified on the basis of distinctive features, for example, «the environment of the movement», «the source of the movement», «features of vehicle design», «main function», etc. Associations of each group members with reference words prove the hierarchical character of field structures.

Issues of establishing Sonata da chiesa as a genre and form of the Italian instrumental music of XVII and beginning of XVIII centuries have been considered in the article. Main focus is put on processes of its formation. Following steps in the development of da chiesa cyclic form have been provided: • early canzona sonata; • typical Corelli's model; • its adaptations to other genres. Also the author of the article makes conclusions about the role of Sonata da chiesa in works of most eminent Baroque composers including G.B. Vitali, T. A. Vitali, A. Corelli, H. Purcell, F. Couperin, H.I.F. von Biber, D. Buxtehude, J.S. Bach, G.F. Handel, and others.

Investigations of two literary works in which Old Testament dominates in capacity of inter-text have been shown in the article. Representative models of interaction between religious and artistic discourses have been disclosed. Ways of pre-text actualization and transformation of the Old Testament semantic content have been described. Embodiment specifics of the biblical poetry in frames of artistic work have been shown, too.

Results of the sovereign Belarusian state legal development are summed up in the work on the basis of paradigm analysis of the national legal system evolution. Analyzing the history of 20 years development of the national legal system, the authors come to the conclusion on deep understanding the civilization and cultural peculiarities of the national legal tradition and also conclude on the necessity to form these special features into the integral political and legal doctrine. On the basis of comparative analysis of the key conceptual program legal acts of the state and legal history of independent Belarus new program political and legal provisions of The Recommendations on theoretical and methodological foundation of improvement of the Republic of Belarus legal system - the political and legal documents elaborated in The National Centre of Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus, are characterized in the work.

This article is devoted to legal regulation of electronic commerce. The definition of «wholesale electronic commerce» and its indications have been considered and specified. Possibilities of using the analog of autograph signatures besides the electronic signatures for making of contracts in commercial intercourse have been considered. Suggestions to formation the legal base for the analog of autograph signatures using have been done.

The paper contains suggestions on the «life cycle of industrial wastes» concept, which is characterized by consumer parameters correlation with reclaimed materials according to requirements of current regulatory documents for primary analogues. Prerequisites to wastes generation within current technological paradigm have been considered.

Existing methodical approaches to an assessment of a regional component of social and economic consequences for national economy from its joining to WTO have been analyzed. Assessment of consequences making expediency on the basis of factors which define territorial distribution of tariff policy change effects inequality at national level has been shown for Belarusian localities. Application of cluster approach to regional policy and implementation of a package of measures to ensure interregional mobility of labor have been suggested along with measures directed to negative influence on regional economy of Belarus by partner countries on EEA entry into WTO reduction.

Macro-economic business regulation problems have been investigated in the article. Macro-economic regulation of business system has been elaborated by author as an aggregate of state regulation business activities goals. In conditions of the Republic of Belarus macro-economic politic implementation would be directed to strengthening of cooperation between directive planning and market self-regulation with aim to maintain the macro-economic stability and to improve social and economic national development results. For successful implementation of such macro-economical business regulation principles as awareness, transparency and systematicity the suggestion to introduce crowd-sourcing system has been made by the author for state administration decision making process. For administrative functions effectiveness raising the system of KPI estimative parameters has been proposed.

The article proposes a new method for describing the accelerated deterioration by analogy with the sinking fund method designated as the «depreciation fund method», which allows a more flexible modelling of the deterioration of the machinery and equipment items.
