Abstract
Destabilization and transformation of the social system led to the crisis of values and norms. The increase conflicts of human existence in a rapidly changing social reality demand a philosophical understanding of conflict. Philosophical analysis of the conflict of values is necessary because of their serious impact on social processes. Their emergence and development means the inability to pre-existing system of interactions between social structures remain in its former qualitative characteristics, it demonstrates the need for exit out of the current fragile state in a qualitatively different system interactions. The conflict
of values is a necessary condition of the integration and differentiation of new social systems. The study its characteristics help to detect and trigger the social integrative mechanisms. Conflicts of value contribute to the identification of traditional norms, to the formation of new values that are not providing by the previous functioning of the social system, to the transformation of the value-normative social structure, stabilization and modernization of the social system.

Abstract
The article deals with the Muslim pilgrimages as the most important part of the religious life of Islam. The questions of the origin and development of this phenomenon are analyzed. Numerous examples show the diversity of the Muslim pilgrimage. It has been shown that the activity and heritage of pilgrims are an important material for the study of Islamic culture. The most visited pilgrimage cult objects are selected.

Abstract
The article attempts to create a paradigm of specific actions, allowing, using modern methods of analysis and scientific explanation to determine meanings and reference points of different events, to offer systems for social activities, to identify the causes that determine these or other negative processes and phenomena, to find ways to eliminate them, to support innovation, to form an effective model of government and civil society, market economy and the rule of law. Under this approach the definition of «the civilizational code» is analyzed,and also the place and rolego of major factors in the company systemis determined. Among them are the geographical areas, the meaning of life, values, historical memory, customs and traditions, national idea, the mentality, worldview, ideology. It is proposed a specific mechanism of social influence on the development of civilization values, formation, attitudes, ideas, ideals, interests, beliefs and norms of Belarusian society.

Abstract
Theoretical and methodological aspects of studying social well-being of individual are represented in the paper. Psychological, sociological, and based on their combination, social-psychological approaches to research of social well-being are determined. Structure, empirical indexes and indicators of social well-being are defined. Main factors of forming social well-being of individual and structural components of social well-being are analyzed. Structure of social well-being includes cognitive, emotive, conative and evaluative components. Main indicators of social well-being are ‘social attitude and value orientations’, ‘internal emotional perception of life on the generally’, ‘social-demographic characteristics’.
At the basis of forming and functioning of social well-being are social, social-psychological, subject-individual, individual-demographic groups of factors. Core characteristics reflecting social well-being are social expectations and social claims of individual, individual’s assessment and self-assessment of his social status and social position, social feelings and moods.

Abstract
In this paper we study the process of formation of the basis for the new social-economic order in 1985–1991, explore the problem points and reasons for deformation, difficulties and disadvantages in the process of formation of the Belarusian economy, the peculiarities of the perestroika process in Belarus.
The author comes to a conclusion that social and economic transformations during perestroika gave start to a new wave of consistent social and economic modernization.
Publications on the history of Belarus and the Soviet Union by Belarusian and foreign authors are the theoretic and methodical basis of this research. The article is based on a wide range of public and archived sources: official documents of government agencies, statistical documents and media publications.

Abstract
Guerrilla struggle of the Belarusian people against the Polish occupation after the Polish-Soviet War aroused great interest in the company and is reflected in the pages of periodicals and scientific publications. However, the subject has not acquired a thorough case study that requires its historiographical reflection and discovery of scientific-theoretical bases of source and the objective to create a monographic study. In the article the basic scientific and methodological development of indicators of national historiography history of the guerrilla movement in Western Belarus in the first half of the 1920s. Based on a wide range of historiographical and archival sources identified the stages in the development of the issue of historiography, the main approaches to the study of the history of guerrilla warfare, the formulation and evaluation of the various trends of the partisan movement, concluded that there was scientific-theoretical and source base for the monographic study of the topic.

Abstract
The degree of research of ethnic communities (the Belarusians, the Jews, the Russians, the Poles, the Ukrainians the Lithuanians, the Latvians, the Germans, the Tatars) on the territory of Belarus during the World War I in Russian, Polish, German, English-speaking historiography is analyzed. Quantity and national structure of population, their political, social and economic, national and cultural development are depicted. The author has analyzed a lot of works that were issued with the beginning of the World War I and up to these days. A diverse quantity of topical works in foreign historiography is stated. The author’s position concerning some judgments presented in foreign research works is given. These works often include archival material that is not presented in Belarusian archives, using critical thinking, it lets and Belarusian historians investigate the state of ethnic communities on Belarusian territory in 1914–1918 more comprehensively.

Abstract
The article describes the status of the category of definiteness/indefiniteness in linguistics. This category is interdisciplinary. It is regarded in philosophy, mathematics, sociology, etc. There are different approaches to its study: the theory of actualization, the grammar of text, the functional grammar, the quantifier theory. The status of the category of definiteness and indefiniteness is grammatical in languages with articles. And this category is semantic, functional-semantic, conceptual, contextual and referential in languages without articles.

Abstract
Transformation and change the criteria of aesthetic evolution of a number of cultural phenomena have led to the elimination of strict opposition to the mass of high art, art-handicraft. The introduction of the artistic practice of laser and pyrotechnic devices, nanotechnology and electronics has expanded the horizons of creativity and contributed
to the emergence of entirely new kinds of art, based on the idea of synthesis system – multimedia projects, hyper and intertexts, shares. A special place here belongs to the mixed doubles and mix, as well as original artistic compositions called “projects”. In relation to art is introduced to clarify the concept of art-mixed (art-mixed-composition, art-mixed-project), which is used in connection with arms crossed in a single unit as a diverse genres and art forms, elements of which operate on the basis of parity, and art with appliances. Postmodern art-miksed-composition appears as a testing ground for the free creation, which mixed different styles (classic and modern), tradition (academic and subcultural), artistic practices (western and eastern) and technology (electronic sounds created by digital technology and natural sounds, recoverable on authentic instruments). According to the type of implementation and the dominance of a  particular type of art art-mixed doubles divided into concert (for example, variety show), stage (for example, model catwalk, conventional theater) and manmade (audio-visual) form, accumulating all the stages of the creative act-from the idea to its realization. Within the boundaries of the art-mixed doubles in Belarus operates a musical-choreographic project. It seems that the whole art-mixed has significant artistic potential and it can be considered as one of the scenarios of contemporary artistic culture.

Abstract
Responses of Soviet writers (Yevgeny Yevtushenko, David Samoilov, Alexander Kushner, Alexander Kazintsev, Vladimir Leonovich, Vladimir Korobov, Larisa Vasilieva and others) to the question of the anthology “Poetry” (1989, vol. 5) about the relevance of the Pure Art theory in the end of the twentieth century have been analyzed in the article. Interpretation of the “art for art” by survey participants have been considered in relation to the perception of this theory in the Russian aesthetic criticism mid-nineteenth century and Soviet literary criticism. The diversity of points of view among the writers at the turn of the 1980s – 1990s on the essence of the Pure Art theory and its significance have been revealed.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the position of the modern evening press in the system of mass media of the Republic of Belarus. The evening press of Belarus is investigated for the first time. The reasons and the consequences of the typological transformation of evening newspapers are analyzed. The analysis is based on methodological workings out of well-known Russian researchers in the field of journalism –
A. Akopov and V. Tulupov. It is proved, that the Belarusian evening newspapers have remained as a type in spite of the fact that they have lost the generating feature – the time of printing. The similarity and the difference between modern Belarusian evening newspapers and such a perspective type of editions as qualoid are revealed.
The author offers the concepts of the development of the Belarusian evening press. The results of research may find application in practice both the Belarusian and foreign editions.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to basic scientific concept of essence of sovereignty. In this article in detail is held analysis of philosophical and legal theoretical concept of sovereignty. Submitted overview following concepts of sovereignty: theory sovereignty of absolute state, democratic theory of sovereignty, theory representation folk sovereignty, teaching about formally legal understanding of sovereignty and others. Author analyses features understanding of sovereignty in modern russian legal science. Justified the author’s concept of sovereignty as a natural public law on basis number of characteristics of sovereignty (sovereignty belongs subjects of public legal relations, carriers of sovereignty are subjects of authority, source authority can exist without sovereignty and others).

Abstract
Need and possibility of orientation to the principle of a sustainable development of integration policy of the Euroasian economic union (EEU) is proved in article. It answers on new tendencies of a world order and can strengthen the international positions of the Euroasian integration in the long term.
It is shown that in the mechanism of economic integration the region can become the key subject of foreign economic relations. Region is most of all interested to advance ideas of a sustainable development base on the position on the system of national and regional economy.
Starting conceptual positions of providing the sustainable development of regions on the mechanism of economic integration in EEU are formulated. It is adaptation of policy of a sustainable development to local features and expansion of the international cooperation of regions: inclusion not only economic, but ecological and social spheres; interface of integration 111and regional policy of member countries of EEU. In addition, the sustainable development of economic integration is connected with the growth of variety of subjects of these relations and strengthening of it public component.
The general scheme of the mechanism of management of integration communications of regions-countries-member of EEU is suggested, taking into account an imperative of a sustainable development which includes three vectors, among which rather new direction interconnected policy in the field of placement of productive forces of member countries of the Euroasian integration.
In particular, the directions of modernization of factors of placement which occur under the influence of market forces, new technological ways, active entry into the world market of the countries and regions now are shown. The most significant placement factors in relation to the economic and social objects realizing integration communications at the regional level are defined. The conclusion is drawn on two leading forms of placement of the productive forces based on an innovative paradigm and the principle of a sustainable development which are most adequate to development of integration communications of regions. These are territories (zone) with the high level of concentration of innovative activity and the international cluster structures.
