Abstract
Basic achievements of historiography in studies of the problems concerned to activities of Belarusian polonophilic organizations in Western Belarus (1921-1937) have been considered in the article. As a result of Belarusian and Polish historians works analysis it has been revealed that defined problem is fragmentary and not enough deeply studied. The informative research preparation using new methodological approaches is still relevant. It would reveal all the fields of Belarusian polonophilic organizations activities in Western Belarus. Additionally the sources related to the history of Belarusian polonophilia have been analyzed. Most of them are the documents from archives of Belarus and Lithuania. In present time the important part of the polonophile documentation is not identified that provides a basis for active searches of these interesting complex sources in the domestic and foreign archives.

Abstract
In the article author considers the accidental ornithomorphic artifact which was founded near the Povarchitsy village of Soligorsk district. Simultaneously with consideration of the nearest analogies author attempts to identify cultural and chronological features of production. He bases on the existing mythological concepts and stone products technologies of Indo-European nations settling era.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the creation and development of the ruling circles educational concept in the Polish state during the interwar period. Main provisions of so-called «public education» and its evolution over the 1920-1930 years have been characterized as well as these concepts features related to the multinational character of young generation in the interwar Polish state. Various documentary and historiographical sources have been used.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of distinctive prosodic features of five Belarusian subdialects. The conducted experiment proves that regionally marked speech has its peculiar suprasegmental characteristics, especially on the melodic level. The analysis shows that each of the studied subdialects can be distinguished by the most typical pitch contours and the quantitative distribution of different types of nuclear tones in non-final intonation groups.

Abstract
This article has been written in aims to reveal the role of literary language in the Russian sub-standard system replenishment. It has been found that some lexical and semantic properties of literary language highly determine the usage of these units in Russian sub-standard systems. They are for example such properties as membership of definite thematic groups and basic level of categorization. Analysis of correlations between the source of semantic derivation (literary language) and the target (sub-standard systems) shows that some sub-standard thematic groups («Clothes», «Money», «Food») use lexical units from the same literary thematic group. Other ones («Parts of body», «People», «Drugs») reveal sub-categorical shift. In some cases the correlation has been revealed between different thematic groups.

Abstract
This paper was presented to analyze problems of traditional material and intangible culture conservation and development and the State concern for support to the cultural authentic keepers, ethno cultural heritage sustentation and promotion in the world context. Author of the paper has considered the problem of modernization process impact on tradition, the contradictions between mass and traditional culture, between modern urban lifestyle on the one hand and traditional way of life on the other. Several scientifically proved recommendations have been suggested for conservation and development of national traditional heritage of Belarus.

Abstract
In the article the image of the city concept and theoretical basis of the «image of the city» at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries have been considered. With helping the series of works created by Belarusian artists dominant visual motifs have been highlighted. It is shown that principles and methods of the city description caused by the change of understanding and people relationship to their environment, world view, as well as the development of the cities themselves.

Abstract
Phenomenon of the new academic music generated during an epoch of globalization has been considered in the article. Music of the new academic tradition has a structure which includes modernized folklore, sub-cultural phenomena (as jazz, rock-music and variety genres in general) along with a conditional theatre, which having genesis in a practice of the East spontaneous activity.

Frants Sivko is one of the authors who till nowadays believes into pedagogical function of belletristic which is important not less than entertaining one in spite of the fact that last is in trend today. His texts inherit the traditions of magic realism. He considers in his works such concepts as True, Choice, Good and Evil. The special attention is given to the problem of Fate which appears in the well-known psychological concept as the life scenario of the person. The article has been written on the base of materials of analysis such stories as «Udog», «Big Cat Week» and the novel «Day of the Tambourine».

Abstract
Economic integration between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan is one of the main points in their development. Most people ask quite reasonable questions: why the countries integrate, and what output is. To answer the questions author has made a complex research of the problem considered only Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan trade flows. Detailed analysis of trade during last 10 years is presented in the article. Analysis includes: export, import of each country; external and mutual trade of the whole Customs Union; merchandise and geographical structure. Then author defines trade potential of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan researched with and without mutual trade. In conclusion recommendations of integration development between the countries have been given.

Abstract
Article is devoted to the sociological and philosophical analysis of the modernization and innovative development of modern society. Based on the brief analysis of ideas expressed by classics of XIX-XX centuries philosophical understanding of European modernization has been attempted. The author of the article deals with features of the modernization process of social transformation as a state and as a process of transition to modern societies. The conclusion has been made that in general the innovative development would be considered as one of the main directions of modernization.

Abstract
Demographic measurements of the migration processes in Belarus have been presented in the article. Demographic and migration processes have been considered as interrelated social phenomena. Basic characteristics of migration processes in the Republic of Belarus for the period of 2002-2013 years have been given. It is shown that external migration is a major source of the growth of population and workforce in Belarus. It has been revealed that during recent decades internal migration exchange balance is positive for urban areas and negative for rural areas in Belarus. Observed imbalance in the sex distribution between urban and rural areas occurs by the reason of women large-scale migration from rural areas. Mostly it concerns to girls and young women aged of 14-30 years old.

Abstract
Sociological analysis of the role of research collectives in the process of young scientists adaptation to research activities has been carried out in the article. Features encountered by young scientists in the process of adapting to researches have been characterized. Factors with negative impact on this process have been revealed. Recommendations to optimize the adaptation of young professionals in the scientific collectives have been elaborated.
